DocuBloom (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a SaaS platform that allows users to upload document templates and generate customized documents using structured data through our web application, APIs, and integrations.

Our services include document generation, template management, API access, and third-party integrations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

a. User Representations

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary
• You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside
• You will not access our services through automated or non-human means (bots, scripts, etc.)
• You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Your use of our services will not violate any applicable law or regulation

b. Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

c. Acceptable Use

• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
• Do not upload malicious content, viruses, or attempt to breach security
• Do not use our services to generate documents for illegal activities
• Respect rate limits and fair usage policies as defined in your plan

a. Your Content

• You retain full ownership of templates and data you upload
• You grant us a limited license to process your content for service delivery
• You represent that you have the rights to use any content you upload
• We do not claim ownership of your generated documents or templates

b. Our Intellectual Property

• Our platform, software, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws
• You may not reverse engineer, copy, or modify our proprietary code
• Our trademarks, logos, and branding remain our exclusive property

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits.

• Billing: Payments are processed through Stripe and charged in advance
• Refunds: No refunds for partial months or unused services
• Price Changes: We may modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes

You may not access or use our services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. As a user, you agree not to:

• Make any unauthorized use of our services, including collecting user data for unsolicited communications
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to our platform
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use our services to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Use our services for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

• Uptime: We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee specific availability
• Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• Support: Technical support is provided based on your subscription tier
• API Limits: Usage limits apply based on your plan and fair use policies

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

• We process your data only as necessary to provide our services
• You are responsible for the data you upload and its compliance with applicable laws
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
• You may request deletion of your data subject to legal requirements

• We are not responsible for third-party services or their practices

We do not endorse or guarantee the reliability of any third-party services.

Our services are provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis. You agree that your use of our services will be at your sole risk.

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of generated documents
• We are not responsible for any errors, interruptions, or data loss
• We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control
• Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your content or data that infringes third-party rights
• Your negligence or misconduct

a. By You

• You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services

b. By Us

• We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations
• We may discontinue services with 30 days notice for business reasons
• Immediate termination may occur for serious violations or legal requirements

By using our services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

• You agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, and records
• You consent to electronic delivery of notices, policies, and records
• You waive any rights requiring original signatures or non-electronic records

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
